Acceptable Use Policy

What you may and may not do when using Tamats.

Last updated July 17, 2026

1. Scope

This Acceptable Use Policy is part of our Terms of Service and applies to everyone who uses Tamats. Violating it may lead to suspension or termination.

2. Prohibited uses

You must not:

  • Break, probe or circumvent the security of the service, or attempt to access data of another organization;
  • Scrape, overload, or abuse rate limits, or use automated means to exceed your plan;
  • Upload malware, illegal content, or content you have no right to share;
  • Use the service to infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, or to process sensitive personal data without a lawful basis;
  • Generate or send manufacturer, supplier or marketing outreach that violates anti-spam laws (e.g. CAN-SPAM, GDPR/ePrivacy, PIPA) — you are the sender and are responsible for consent and opt-outs;
  • Present AI output as verified regulatory, medical or legal advice, or make safety or compliance claims without independent verification;
  • Reverse engineer, resell, or use the service to build a competing product, except as permitted by law.

3. Fair use and automation

The service is metered by plan limits and rate limits to keep it available for everyone. Do not attempt to bypass these controls. We may apply reasonable technical limits and will tell you if your usage needs a different plan.

4. Reporting abuse

To report a violation or a security issue, email team@tamats.org. See also our security.txt.
