The agreement between you and Tamats for use of the service.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a contract between you (and the organization you represent) and Axion AI Lab (registered as Axion AI / 엑시온 에이아이), a sole proprietorship (개인사업자) in the Republic of Korea, at 10, Olympic-ro 30-gil, Songpa-gu, Seoul, Republic of Korea, for use of Tamats, available at tamats.org and app.tamats.org. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must sign in with a valid Google account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the members you invite to your organization. Organization owners and admins control roles and access. You must be at least 16 and able to form a binding contract.
Your use must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. Do not misuse the service, attempt to break its security or isolation between organizations, or use it to violate law or the rights of others, including sending manufacturer or marketing outreach that breaches anti-spam or advertising rules.
You retain all rights to the content you submit (prompts, uploads, formulations, notes). You grant us a limited license to host, process and transmit that content solely to operate and provide the service to you — including sending it to the AI and retrieval providers described in our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for your content and for having the rights to submit it. Do not upload content you are not permitted to share.
Output. As between you and us, you own the output the service generates from your content, to the extent permitted by law. Because of how AI works, the service may generate the same or similar output for other users; your ownership of your output does not restrict us or others from independently generating or using similar output.
The service uses AI to generate research summaries, ingredient analysis, formulation drafts and compliance information. Output may be inaccurate or incomplete and is provided for information only. It is not regulatory, medical, legal or professional advice. You are responsible for independently verifying any output — including safety and regulatory conclusions — before relying on or acting on it. Manufacturer outreach is prepared for your review and sent only when you confirm it.
Paid plans and one-time add-on purchases are billed through our payment provider, which acts as merchant of record. Fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated. We may change pricing on notice for future terms. Free-tier limits and trials are provided at our discretion and may change.
The service, including its software, design and content we provide (excluding your content), belongs to Axion AI Lab and its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service under these Terms. You may not copy, reverse engineer, resell or create derivative works except as allowed by law.
If you send us feedback, suggestions or ideas about the service, you agree we may use them without restriction or obligation to you, and you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use and incorporate them into the service.
Each party may receive non-public information from the other that is marked confidential or that a reasonable person would understand to be confidential — including your content and formulations (for you) and non-public product and security information (for us). The receiving party will use such information only to perform under these Terms, protect it with at least reasonable care, and not disclose it except to those who need it and are bound by comparable obligations, or where disclosure is required by law (with notice to the other party where lawful). This does not cover information that is public, already known, independently developed or lawfully received from a third party. These obligations survive for three years after termination; for trade secrets, for as long as the information remains a trade secret.
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, create risk or legal exposure, or fail to pay. On termination, your right to use the service ends; we will handle your data as described in the Privacy Policy. Provisions that by their nature should survive — including content and output, feedback, confidentiality, disclaimers, limitation of liability and indemnification — survive termination.
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty regarding the accuracy or reliability of AI output, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Axion AI Lab will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify and hold Axion AI Laband its officers, employees and agents harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities and reasonable legal fees arising out of your content, your use or misuse of the service, or your breach of these Terms or of another party’s rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence. Disputes are subject to the courts having jurisdiction over Axion AI Lab’s principal place of business in Seoul, Republic of Korea. Please contact team@tamats.org before pursuing formal proceedings so we can try to resolve the matter.
We are not liable for any failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, power or internet failures, or acts of third-party providers.
We may update these Terms; we will change the “last updated” date and, for material changes, provide additional notice. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. Questions: team@tamats.org.
