How it works

    Send your export

    Any CSV or spreadsheet. One row per product, or one row per ingredient grouped by formula — both work, and mixed files are fine.

    We map the columns

    We match your column names to products, formulas and suppliers, and tell you exactly what we could not place rather than guessing.

  3. 03

    You confirm before it lands

    You see the parsed result first. Nothing is written to your workspace until you say go.

What we can take

  • Product lists — name, description, target markets, launch date
  • Formulas — one row per ingredient with INCI, percentage and phase
  • Suppliers and manufacturers — name, contact email, country, capabilities

Prefer to do it yourself?

The importer is built into the product. Upload a CSV, match your columns, review what will land, and import — up to 200 records at a time.

Migration help is included on Individual and Teams. We never share your formulations.
