Launch

A channel pipeline and a creator roster — reachable only through a human-confirmed send.

Tamats tracks the organisation's distribution channels through a staged pipeline — from first conversation to live shelf — with buyer contacts and notes on each channel, and separately builds a creator roster from a plain-language brief, enriching gaps like gender (a labelled heuristic, never asserted as fact), contact and engagement metrics. A monitored campaign post's view, like and comment counts are re-checked over time from the platform itself, and any outreach draft — to a channel contact or a creator — is a human-confirmed send, never an automatic one. Comment counts are public and trackable; comment bodies are not read or stored.

Getting a product onto a shelf and getting a creator to post about it are different jobs that share the same shape: a pipeline of real contacts, moving through real stages, with someone eventually having to send a real message. Tamats keeps the pipeline and the roster as live records rather than a spreadsheet copied between people, and keeps the sending itself a deliberate human action rather than something that happens on the agent's own initiative.

What you do with it

A staged distribution pipeline
Channels move through named stages — from an early conversation through negotiation to a live listing, or paused — with buyer contacts and call notes attached directly to the channel, so the history travels with the record rather than living in someone's inbox.
A creator roster built from a brief
Describe a campaign brief in plain language and matching creators write into the roster from a live platform query — followers, average views, engagement and aesthetic signal side by side, or an honestly empty result when nothing real comes back.
Enrichment and re-ranking
A roster row can be deepened after the fact — gender is re-resolved as a labelled heuristic, a public business contact is found, and engagement metrics refresh from recent posts — then the roster re-sorts by follower count, views, engagement or aesthetic score.
Monitored post performance
One published campaign post, tracked by URL: the first metrics snapshot is captured on setup and re-checked later for views, likes and comment counts. Comment bodies themselves are never read or stored — only the public count.
Human-confirmed outreach
A draft to a channel contact or a creator is exactly that — a draft. It waits in a queue with a status badge and only sends once a human clicks send, through the organisation's own connected mailbox.

What it computes over

Where it stops

Who picks it up from here

The buyer or creator on the other end of a human-confirmed send — and, on the distribution side, the account owner who actually negotiates the listing terms.

Questions

Will Tamats message a creator or buyer on my behalf without me approving it?
No — every outreach draft, whether to a distribution channel contact or a creator, waits in a queue with a status badge and only sends once a human clicks send, through the organisation's own connected mailbox. Nothing goes out on the agent's own initiative.
How reliable is the gender shown on a creator's roster row?
It's a labelled heuristic, not a verified fact, resolved from public signals like display name, handle, bio and captions — shown with that label attached so it's never mistaken for confirmed information.
Does Tamats read what people comment on a monitored post?
No — only the public comment count is tracked over time, alongside views and likes. Comment bodies are not read or stored; anything said in a comment stays on the platform itself.
